About the event
Welcome to RECON NIGHT TACTICAL DEFENSE’S Thursday lunch and learn series! Join us every Thursday at noon EDT to learn about RECON NIGHT and uproot different self-defense in the workplace training topics. Here’s what we’ll be serving up this week.
FACT: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security lists adopting a survival mindset during times of crisis as a way to survive an active shooter scenario.
The first weapon of workplace self-defense is your mind. It’s not about being the strongest and the bravest. It’s about being able to find clarity in moments of chaos. This requires training on defense thinking, situational awareness, and adopting a survival mindset. In this lunch and learn, you’ll learn some of the basic lessons in defense thinking and see why it’s a critical part of survival training.
